He serves as a Director of Tata ClassEdge Ltd., Qubit Investments, i3 Equity Partners Ltd., SDX Partners LLC, USA, and Tata Medical & Diagnostics Ltd.
Over three decades in the Tata world, he has contributed significantly to the ideation, incubation and building businesses for the Tata group across verticals. Prior to joining Tata Industries, he served as vice president, strategy, group corporate centre, Tata Sons, assisting the then Group Chairman, Ratan Tata, on strategy related matters concerning Tata companies.
He holds a B. Tech in Petroleum Engineering from ISM Dhanbad and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Over 29 years of cross functional experience in different businesses in the healthcare industry. He has also set up businesses from scratch for Indian as well as MNC employers. He Co-founded Curatio Healthcare, a cosmetic dermatology company, scaled it from inception and exited after a decade at the helm.
He holds a BSc from MKU, PGD in Advertising and PR from K.C. college of Management Studies and Masters in marketing from NMIMS (Mumbai University).
He is an avid long distance runner and lives with his wife Sejal and two children in Mumbai.

Over 23 years of experience across verticals, functions and geographies in healthcare companies like Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Boehringer Ingelheim and Glenmark. Prior to Inzpera, he was part of Corp Strat team & led the Biz Development of Glenmark (India & Emerging Markets)
He holds a B.Pharm (Hons) and MSc (Hons) Bio. Science from BITS, Pilani; PGDM; SMP from IIM, Calcutta.
His passion for singing and pedagogy co-exist with his drive to make Inzpera the most vibrant health sciences company. He lives with his wife Meenakshi and two children in Mumbai.

Ahmad joined Tata Global Beverages in 2015 as Global Chief Marketing Officer.
In this role, his primary responsibility is to develop a strong portfolio of global brands, improve brand health and profitability, globally drive new products and innovation, and identify new growth opportunities across markets and regions.
Prior to joining the Tata group, Ahmad had a 20-year career with Reckitt Benckiser, holding leadership positions across UK, India, Mideast and East Asia, in both strategic and operational roles.
Ahmad graduated from St Stephens College, Delhi and holds an MBA from Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
On a personal front, Ahmad is the father of two boys, and is passionate about history and culture, working on authoring a book about the historical monuments of Delhi.
Dr C V Natraj is a PhD in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He also has post-doctoral research experience in biochemistry from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Dr. Natraj has more than 30 years of experience in research. He headed the research function as Director on the Board of Hindustan Lever Limited and later went on to lead the Corporate Research function for Unilever as Senior Vice-President.
He is on the Board of Rallis India Limited & also serves on the Board of Tata Chemicals Ltd as an Independent Director and also the Technical Advisor to the Society of Innovation and Development at the Indian Institute of Science.

Probably the most curious person in Inzpera, this “ideal” man has seen more of Maharashtra than most Chief Ministers. Adarsh is an avid sportsperson and is a huge fan of MSD (the cricketer, not the company) and bleeds blue/yellow/whatever colour MSD might be wearing.
A cleanliness freak, Ann would acid wash the entire planet if she could. A beautiful dancer, she is more accustomed to making people dance to her tunes. Having grown in a start up, Ann is here to soar horizons for Inzpera.
Shy demeanor, his only armor to protect himself from many the ``DISTRACTIONS`` he has in office. While driving compliance in office for Inzpera Mitesh has no hesitations to speak his mind on all the pains that's around him.
With Jay, there is never a dull moment. He can strike up a conversation on just about everything under the sun. Beware, once he starts, it's hard to stop him! Oh and did we mention his whistling skills, comes handy to hail a cab miles away.
Don't be fooled by the cool exterior of this self-proclaimed teenager, once he sets his mind, he leaves no stone unturned to get things done. When Mr Strategy is not setting up tasks for his gang of minions, one can catch him humming to his favourite tunes.
Ravi is our foren returned suave gentlemen who could have been as successful as an etiquette consultant - his polite manners have left many confused in office. The most well behaved amongst us (no competition really!) this man is on a journey to take Inzpera into other markets internationally. Between his daily dose of running in the morning and masala dosas for lunch, Ravi comes up with this poker faced one-liners which can slice you into two.
This gujju loves all things food (cooking, eating, and researching). A PhD in day dreaming, she has also done her M Pharm and MBA. She is a queen of “multi-asking” and is dedicated in keeping two of our super busy co-founders disorganizsed and off the track. When not sleeping, you will find her trekking, hiking and diving.
Popularly known as ``JC``, Jay Nair is everything but a mallu except for his surname! Blessed with a long childhood in the beautiful landscapes of India's North East, JC carries his flair for languages and people on his sleeve. Well read, well bred and well travelled, JC loves talking incessantly to his colleagues and his zillion other friends. A social animal in the truest sense of the word, JC derives pleasure from food of any kind, region or species! Smiling and Smuling are his favourite pastimes.
This self-proclaimed chef (we are yet to endorse!) from Mumbai has lived in more than half of the country and done his ghat ghat ka journey already. He can melt you with his disarming smile and friendly vibes. As his name suggests, he displays boundless enthusiasm.
Though by birth a Mumbaikar, by heart she's a hardcore 'Mulundite'. Don't go by her innocent looks, calm demeanour and cute gestures, turn up the 'EDM' and she'll awe you with her brilliant dance moves. Apart from sticking to timelines, the only other 2 people she's stuck to is her 4 year old niece and Robert Downey Jr. It's her ambitious and amiable nature that makes her stand tall (not only figuratively) in a crowd. Aruna, as her name suggests is the new charioteer in Inzpera who is aiming to drive our brands across the sky.
Don’t mistake Sharook for his lesser-known Bollywood namesake. When it comes to selling, Sharook can give any Raj or Rahul a run for his money. Armed with a B.Pharm and a killer smile, when he talks, people write.
Known for his proud turban and picture-perfect smile, Ishmeet is a unique blend of strong Punjabi

'Work is worship' and 'Ahinsa' are the two virtues this 'progressed guy' aka Vikas stands by. A true cricket buff who gets nostalgic listening to old numbers by Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi. He's the one who ensures that the Inzpera home is spic and span at all times. He also sees to it that we are charged up all day long by providing us with our power dose of `` Hot Chai or Coffee`` at regular intervals.
Siddhu loves to ride a bike and wants to explore India on his bike. He gets his kick by achieving sales numbers month-on-month. Unique person who has the home, street and the colony that he lives, named after him.
His mantra in life is “Actions speaks louder than words”. He is determined to make a mark in Pune. He is amongst the crowd but in the doctor’s chamber no one can match him.
Yuvraj loves to walk and love learning new things. Always laughing Everyone rejoices in happiness, but no one comes to grief
By profession, he can straighten every bone and joint! But his go-getter nature, led him to a profession in sales as he loves to be challenged. His customer connect is phenomenal and he is all set to take Inzpera to great heights. His eagerness to learn makes him stand out from the team.
One of a kind, loaded with talent who looks up to the ‘Missile Man’ aka Dr. APJ Kalam. With all the inspiration drawn from his idol he is sure to missile towards his ambition of being an NSM.
Karthikeyan is determined to make a mark in the pharmaceutical industry. In his free time you will find him running between the bails or reading Tamil novels.
He is super energetic, passionate, and once committed to a goal he is bound to achieve it. A Virendra Shewag fan who uses the uppercut to his advantage to climb a notch higher than his peers.
A practical and supercompetitive lad, who is also a fitness freak and considers Arnold Schwarzenegger as his role model. While building his own home is all he longs for, you can see him building his territory with the same passion and vigor.
Phani our regional head based in Hyderabad comes across as this serious person; but loses all control when in a movie theater…a movie buff and a fan of long drives by the countryside, Phani is here to drive the business to great heights. Not only does he manage the erstwhile twin states of AP & Telangana, but also manages his cute twins with glee. That’s one time you can’t miss the broad smile on his face.
Nooruddin means ‘Light of religion’ and is on the quest of becoming the ‘Noor’ of Inzpera. A Rafi fan, not only likes to listen to old songs but has mastered the skill of singing. With his craze for cars, Noor aspires to own a Jaguar one day. His aspiration to scale great heights and commitment towards work indeed proves to be an asset for a growing company like Inzpera.
Ahh…we have MasterChef in the making which is none other than our very own Naveen! He loves to try out different variety of cuisines across the country. As they say cooking is an expression of art, this artform helps him connect to his key interests of good health, good food and enables him to add the perfect spice to scale business.
Persistence is the key to success which helps him nail his customers. This newly promoted “Daddy” is gamed to take up his new role in the family.

This tall, elegant leader of “bachelor-shers” believes in being groomed perfectly at all times. Coming from a background of commerce, this gentleman has learnt a lot of science in the last decade. Plays a perfect mother “hen” to his team. Believes in minimalism including eating which is evident from his almost daily upvas!
A common man with an uncommon sense of humour. A workaholic, Avnish uses his smile to easily win over people. He has a large appetite for sweets, sweets, sweets… and can cook some of them as well.
